Teenager-swampbilly besamung

It's sad to say, but guys from those rural areas with a lot of swamps and bogs don't have too many functioning brain cells. These guys just aren't right in the head. When we get residents from such culturally and economically impoverished backgrounds, we definitely feel sorry for them. After all, they are usually more polite and nicer than the other residents. Once you get them away from the hooch and they don't have their buddies around to impress, they are almost normal. Except for the IQ thing.
